Oncor delivery was checked on September 23, 2026 against the delivery schedule updated September 13, 2026. The same delivery amounts appear in the archived EFLs; 4Change’s EFL refers to this schedule. These assumptions stay fixed in this dated analysis.
APG&E includes the PUC assessment in its advertised averages. Our energy-and-delivery calculation excludes assessments: at 1,000 kWh it is $132.01, or 13.2005¢/kWh before rounding. Both display as 13.2¢ at one decimal; that does not make the unrounded methodologies identical.
How the bill changes with usage
Each bar is one separate monthly bill. With no usage credits, costs increase steadily. The fixed delivery charge is spread over more kWh as usage rises.

This structure is easier to compare when your usage varies across seasons or stays below 1,000 kWh. Simpler does not automatically mean cheapest: compare the energy charge and total annual cost with other no-credit offers.
This is the ElectricityPlans.com 12-month offer, not APG&E SimpleSaver or the similarly named 10-month offer. The EFL says its advertised averages include the PUC assessment; our modeled totals exclude taxes and assessments, as explained below.
Read the contract’s cancellation conditions and exceptions. A fixed energy rate does not freeze delivery charges or other changes permitted by the contract.
