“Budget Saver” has no usage credit in this EFL. This offer uses one energy charge plus delivery, without a supplier base charge or usage-credit threshold. Its name should not be confused with Gexa Eco Saver Plus, which depends on a large credit at 1,000 kWh. The two offers reward very different usage patterns.

Who should take a closer look
A household that values 100% renewable content and straightforward billing can compare Budget Saver with other no-credit options. In this research batch, Gexa Eco Choice 12 has a lower energy charge through a different channel. Check address eligibility and the current documents before choosing either.
Paperless billing and a valid email address are required. At the researched rates, Budget Saver’s energy charge is 2.29 cents per kWh above Eco Choice 12, a $274.80 difference across 12,000 kWh with identical delivery assumptions. “Budget” is a product name, not a claim that this is the lowest-priced Gexa offer.
Read the contract’s cancellation conditions and exceptions. A fixed energy rate does not freeze delivery charges or other changes permitted by the contract.
