Who should take a closer look
It is worth comparing for households that want 100% renewable content and do not consistently use at least 1,000 kWh each month. Lower-use months do not trigger the loss of a bill credit.
Paperless billing and a valid email address are required. At this research date the energy charge is 0.10¢/kWh above True Value 12, while the stated cancellation fee is $150 instead of $300.
Read the contract’s cancellation conditions and exceptions. A fixed energy rate does not freeze delivery charges or other changes permitted by the contract.
